The Coscino Family, originally from New Orleans, have been Mandeville residents since 1998 and opened
the Restaurant in May of 2004 with inspiration and recipes from New Orleans, New York, & Italy.
Already great at cooking excellent Italian dishes, Chef Jeremy Coscino worked with an owner of a 25 year
old Brooklyn, New York Pizzeria to learn true New York Style Pizza. Also on staff is Chef Sal Augello,
a wonderful Italian chef for 40 years and who has owned restaurants of his own in this area.
Other dishes include Lasagna, Spaghetti & Meatballs, Veal, Chicken & Eggplant Parmesan, Calzones, incredible Salads,
Sandwiches on fresh homemade bread, great Starters such as Wings, Eggplant & Mozzarella Sticks, garlic bread & more,
and Desserts such as Cannoli's, Cheescake & Tirimisu, all from family recipes that we know to be "second to none".
Using special cheeses, imported meats & the finest ingredients, along with homemade sauces, dressings, bread and
dough made daily makes Coscino's the place for the most articulate and passionate of Southern Italian Cuisine.
Danielle Coscino Sedillo (Danni) is in charge of the wait staff and her main objective is to make the experience at
Coscino's a pleasant and memorable one. Her big smile and loving personality resonates in the restaurant.
Mike & Jamie Coscino are in charge of the marketing, entertainment & accounting departments, as well as making sure
our customers are completely satisfied. Mike is a professtional musician, performing regularly in our "Music Room"
with Open Mic Night and hiring of other musicians to perform, which makes Coscino's a friendly atmosphere for musisians.
Jamie does all design work, websites, greeting customers, decorating the restaurant and is the "glue" that holds it all together.
